ECS nFORCE3-A keeps rebooting

I just upgraded my computer to the Fry's Sempron 3100+/ECS nFORCE3-A combo. When I turned it on for the first time, I watched it get to the Windows splash screen and right away it reboots. It keeps doing this until I power off the system.

I really want to avoid wiping out the hard drive and fresh install windows.

Is there anything else I can do?
