It appears that the KS75A comes with it's own ATX I/O plate. Has anyone had any problems installing this into their case???

Well it depend on what kind of Case you are installing it into.
Go to the Newegg's link.. just press SEE IT
It looks pretty standard to me, I have say, if you are having issues (ie too big) I'd grab a pair of scissors and slice a few mm's away from the sides to fit it in. Or just use the I/O panel that came with the case.

The ATX I/O plate that came with my case doesn't allow for the built-in
NIC on the motherboard. And it seems that each case has its own
method of screwing down the I/O plate. I was just wondering if anyone
had a problem using the I/O plate that comes with the motherboard.

I just built a K7S5A system using an Enlight 7237 (Server version) and I exchanged I/O faceplates. The one that came with the case had all the same openings but it was fairly cheap and flimsy. The one that came with my K7S5A looked much better and appeared much sturdier. The labels were also a lot easier to read.

That said, it was a bit of a pain to exchange plates. The old one came out easlily enough but the new one was a bit of a pain to install. It took me a minutes to get it to snap into place. But YMMV.

Once in place it looks and works great.

Hmmmmmm...the plate "snapped" in? You mean the plate isn't anchored
by screws???

That's correct. There are no screws. It's just a friction fit. I used a screwdriver to help pop the old plate out. Be careful since there are typically sharp metal edges nearby in case you slip. (Murphy's Law) :)
