It's not a common board, but there are 2 reasons I'm interested in it. 1) I can get this as a combo with a 700 Duron for $137 (Pricewatch) It is available by itself for around $78. 2)Tom's Hardware had great praise for this in their recent comparison of 6 MOBO's. It's got 5 PCI Slots + AGP + Built in sound and a built in temperature meter that can shut down the system and save the processor if things get too hot. No ATA100 - who cares. Most folks here may not be interested in it cause it's not overclocker friendly. I'm not looking to overclock - just trying to build a less expensive 2nd AMD PC. I'm just wondering if anyone has this and what problems (BIOS, etc. they had).

yeah it does look good... (he replies 2 months later)

you can get this and a 950 t-bird that will outperform oc'ing an 800 duron on an asus or whatever.

for the same price!

... and in the meantime, it's got UDMA-100 and will receive 133 MHz CPU bus capability soon, and has seen more positive reviews.

And here in Germany, it seems to be the best selling socket-A board altogether, thanks to its extremely low price.

Also sold as M807 by Amptron/PC-Chips/PC-Ware and whoever, and as MS-8127C+ by Matsonic.
