I am in need of a cheap kt133a Mobo so I can do some overclocking. I may get a IWIL but it is refub and this ECS does not look so bad. Does anyone know from experience if it has a clock multiplier and FSB option in the BIOS?

Please don't suggest other mobo's if they are more than the $65 I can get this one for and don't say "I would pay the extra XXX$ and get XXX mobo"....Thanks

No, ECS mainboards do not have any fiddly bits for overclockers. That's why they are so cheap: no fuzz, just the basics (but these fast and stable).

K7VZA rev. 3 is a fine and fast board, however $65 also buys you the new K7S5A which uses the lovely SiS 735 DDR chipset, yet still has two SDRAM slots, may even have LAN onboard, and even with SDRAM is a tad faster than any VIA KT133A based board.

regards, Peter

PS: There are one piece sets, so mathematically it is perfectly correct to call a one chip solution a chipset :)
