I picked up a brand new 3.1 revision from newegg last week. My ram consists of 1 256mb Infineon and another 256 mb of generic ram, and its working fine

Oh, and as to why I bought... its cheap, works well, performs nicely, and lets me use my old sdram for the time being.

I have 3 of these. 1 that is a year old at least, and 2 others that are later rev. I have run all 3 with 2 sticks of pc133 , I've run them all with a pair of pc2100 sticks as well.

no problems.....the board lacks OC features, but that's about all from my experience.

I usto use that board but after a few months the DDR slots died. so i switched to SD used them for months till I was sick of getting crashes every now and then. btw the DDR was 256 MB PC2100 from Crucial. and I had Kingston 256 MB PC133 that came with the board.
