Incidently I jut hooked up my K7S5A yesterday, and went in search for the perfect temperature monitor.
After testing a few, I found "Motherboard Monitor 5" to be the best.

Be sure to look at the setup page for the sensors as well.

Also be sure to take some time and play with the software, as it has a lot of functionality and takes some time to setup
correctly. A lot of things are not apparent at first, but takes some time. Along with sensing, it also allows you to
set limits(upper and lower) for the temperatures and voltages, beyong which it can sound an alarm, or turn off the computer.
I got it running displaying my two motherboard temp. sensors(cpu and case), and two fans(cpu and case) perfectly.
