ECS K7S5A overclocking bios

where can i find it, i tried ocworkbench but its very confusing, my board doesnt have the onboard LAN, i would like to update to the latest with overclocking options, i have the newest bios already flashed from ecs.com.tw, and im running win2k here, so far the floppy works fine, but i do have a winME start up disk, i just dont know where to get the overclocking bios for the no onboard lan version, thx.

Go back to ocworkbench. Look in the ECS FAQ's; specifically the "Unofficial BIOS" releases.

i know, downloaded it, it requires a password, im using winRAR which is an zip program, or should i use winzip

WinZip and password is "ocworkbench" I think.
