Ok I am using the ecs right now and its great, but i have the shuttle board here also.

Which is better? Dont feel like swapping all of it over just to see.

Also, which is faster.....Savage2000 or GeForce 2 MX200..........(running savage and it runs everything great, but again.....just checking)

GF anything should blow away the savage.

The Shuttle is gonna be a little bit faster prolly, but if you're up and running fine, I wouldn't bother.

The only difference you would prolly notice would be a little bit higher memory benchmarks. If it's worth the work for you to get that, go for it.

For what it's worth... I just replaced my Shuttle AK31v2 (KT266) with a K7S6A. Got tired of messing with the 4-in-1's, the IDE problems, the phantom "new" hardware detected every @#$^&*() time I booted....

Much happier now.

I'm in the same fix .................. I couldn't resist the Shuttle for $79. at Fry's ........... that's the cheapest KT266A mb I've seen, except the ECS version .......... and that wasn't my best color!

If you use the Shuttle, I did read to definately flash to the latest bios or face instability issues?
