I am using K7S5A mobo for about 3 years I think and it never had a problem. It is good mobo but I wonder if it is time to upgrade mobo? Which mobo is best?

Unless you really need some new features that your current board doesn't have (Raid, sata) I wouldn't really bother upgrading. I doubt a new mobo will increase performance bya whole lot

If you don't need (!) something this board can't give you, then yes, update. If you're happy with it as it is, why bother?

If your using pc133 sdram, I would stick with the board you have now. For ddram, the nforce2 boards will offer a slight increase in performance, but not enough to justify changing boards. I would save for a possible athlon 64 upgrade later when prices drop. They may drop slightly when socket 939 is released this summer.

It depends on why you want to upgrade.

1) Socket A performance -- don't bother.
2) Gaming performance -- a better video card would give you more fps.
3) The upgrade itch -- there are more fun upgrades than a mobo.

Only real reason I see to replace the mobo (and only the mobo) would be if it blew a cap.
