I just ordered this board at their web site. I called them but nobody answered phone. does anyone know if this company is still in operation?
 
Not to fear. They are having a hard time lately answering phones. Better to send email. Go to their web page and look under contact information for the email addresses. Send it to Mike or Josh. They are the President and Vice President of the company. I got responses same day usually by phone. I guess that they have been getting swamped lately with business and are adding new people to try and cover for this. Could it be the AnandTech syndrome?? Anyway, if you are just wanting to check on your order, it usually takes them a day or two to send it. At that point they send an email with tracking info. So far they have been 100% reliable with me. I just got the K7S5A MB/processor combo and an AMR modem a couple of days later. Both orders shipped and arrived in a timely fashion. Packaging items well is not something they are known for though.
