ECS k7s5a duron instability

I ran across one post about this, but I have a duron 1.2ghz on a k7s5a and whenever I have the cpu/ram set to 100/133 it freezes alot. I'm using DDR ram so that's why I set it at 100/133. any suggestions? i read one post so far saying that this chipset has async instability problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

 
hehe...i suppose u get what u pay for....that mobo is a great value board...but don't expect too much from it...my roommate had the exact same setup as you did not to long ago.. 🙂
