I am using this MOBO with SDRAM. Will it make a big difference with DDR SDram?

Yes it will. Currently you are using Single data rate ram and you will be going to Double data rate ram. Well it would also depend on what you use your computer for.

it would be faster with the ddr, but probably not anything you would really notice

you didnt say what cpu your using either, but if your using a duron(spitfire) or athlon(tbird) the ddr really wouldnt help much cause those cpu's arent very memory bandwidth hungry

but... if you use the new duron(morgan) or the athlonxp they would be able to make much better use of the ddr memory bandwidth

It makes sense to swap out the SDRAM for DDRAM if:

1. You can sell the SDRAM to cover at least some of the cost of the DDRAM. (Or you can use the SDRAM in another, older system.)

2. You plan to incorporate the DDRAM in your next upgrade. (You know there's another upgrade just around the corner.)

That way you position yourself for the inevitable next upgrade.
