I got an exchange of my K7S5A/2000+ combo from Fry's yesterday, but now my new board doesn't power-up and post when I press the power button. It goes into an endless loop of trying to post, restarts, and tries to post again. I have to turn off my PC, then press the power button again to start up the PC. After that it finally gets into BIOS, but I get the following error everytime: "CMOS/GPNV Checksum Bad". This has happened 3 times already. If I shutdown and wait about 2 or more minutes, I get the endless loop problem, and then the checksum error. However, when I shutdown and turn the PC back on within 30 seconds, it boots up normally. And I did flash to the latest BIOS. This problem did not happen to my previous exchanged board, so what's wrong here? Thnx.

"CMOS clear" jumper moved to Normal position? CPU cooling adequate and correctly mounted? Power supply unit strong enough?
