ECS K7S5A and Athlon 1.4--How do I enable 133 external clock?

I thought it was that way by default but I see this in my 3DM2K1 sys info:
I was comparing my scores and tweaking my gf card when I ran accross something different from others.
the external clock was 133-145 with all others.
How do I change this on the K7S5a?

I'll say one thing for certain, 3DMark 2001 is detecting the FSB incorrectly. Current SocketA boards do not even support a 66MHz FSB, as it seems to believe you are running.
