ECS K7S5A and Alpha PAL8045

Does anyone know if the ALPHA PAL8045 will fit on this motherboard with out any modification? Also how hard is it to install this type of heatsink(that screws into the MB)?

fits perfect, never had a problem putting it on. no modifications needed.
