ECS K7S5A and AGP hangup

Ok Ive go the ECS K7S5A and a Diamond Stealth s540 Xtreme AGP 4x. I have the latest bios update, latest AGP updates 1.06 I believe. It will go all the way into windows and the hang up, themouse still works bu the screen freezes. Whats the deal? Is it just my old AGP video card?

You can try d/ling the 1.07 agp driver here -> http://forum.ocworkbench.com/ocwbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=4. Try setting it at 2x in the bios, maybe the 4x is screwing it up somehow..
