ECS K7AMA PCI problem....please help!

I was trying to install a new sound card and apparently only two out of my four PCI slots are working. When I plug my display adapter (Voodoo3 PCI), into either of the two lower slots, the board beeps error codes at me.

Any thoughts or suggenstions? Might flashing the BIOS or resetting my CMOS help? Or should I just get an RMA number?
