ECS K75SA Keyboard Power-On not working well

Power On by Keyboard not working sometimes. Have it enabled in BIOS as well as to support it in DOS. Why does it not start up when I press any key. Yes. I have it set up to start up by using any key. My Keyboard is attached to the USB port at the back. My Epox board works wonderfully but this d.... ECS is not.
