Seems the ASrock P4V88 board I have is having issues with my memory. . . hell, any memory. . . PQI or Crucial, or Kingston. So, with that being said. I am looking at the following as replacements.

Newegg has both the ECS and Abit boards listed above, but lack the MSI board (would have to goto mwave.com). Since I like newegg's layout, and their quick shipping. . . they are the preferred retailer unless I hear outstanding things about this MSI board?

I'm not a big overclocker, so all the flashy Abit stuff may not suit me. So I am focusing more and more on ECS's i865PE board.

Any thoughts or comments about each board? Let me hear them, will be making the purchase later tonight. Thanks

My IS7 is chugging along nicely, no major complaints with it at all.

Before replacing the mobo I would send an e-mail to ASRock, they're usually very helpful and respond within minutes. They may send a beta BIOS (btw, do you have the latest one already?) to try out.

What memory (maker and model) did you try? What is the FSB of your processor, and at what speed are you running (or trying to) the memory?

EDIT:
"The MSI board works fine, only get the ECS board if you don't care about longetivity."
In my experience MSI boards have the same build quality as ECS boards, the only difference being that they focus a little more on enthusiasts. But hey, everyone's experience is different. ;)
