ECS H55-I Mini-itx NIC still on after Power OFF??

Question for anyone with this board or similar issue on others.

My hardware firewall is showing that the onboard NIC is still maintaining a 10Mbit hot connection even after I power the box down. It will only sever the complete link if I kill the PSU completely with the rear PSU power switch.

I am pretty sure I disabled all power wake settings in the BIOS but maybe I missed one somewhere.

Anyone have an idea on this or see it common with other boards or maybe it's a common BIOS setting to fix?

I think NICs that support WOL keep power to themselves. Many computers that are plugged in but off still have the NIC lights on.
