hi guys i would like to inquire about my problem on my ECS G556E Notebook.
i am working on AC conditions with my battery charged at 100%. after several on-off cycles (say i turn off my laptop after calling it a day, then turning it on again when i reach home to work again), or even after 12 hours or so without turning it on, when i turn it on i saw that my battery status is 99%. please take note that i had never switched into battery mode when that change in battery level took place.
the decrease did not stabilize at 99% but it kept on decreasing (after several on-off cycles or 12 hours in off state, same operations as mentioned above), considering the fact that my laptop is only 3-months old. 🙁
what could be the problem? please help! your replies would be extremely appreciated! thanks in advance!
