ECS AG315T, Radeon VE (7000), or Geforce2 MX for TV-OUt

Title says it all, all of em are at newegg for pretty cheap, just wonderin what's the best for JUST using Tv-out. I heard the radeon is awesome & that the 7000 OEM is the same as the VE for speed.
