I've used all of them: 1.0A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and now 1.1A.
C seemed most stable, D-F were alright (they changed ram timings), and G was horrible for me. A was the true overclocker's bios (because it had all these options and a jillion ram timings) but it never ran when a HDD was installed
All other versions do 2.5-3-3-7 for ram
1.1A seems more stable than C, so I switched
Unlocked:
1T/2T command rate
CPU Vcore Adjust (does it by +.25v, +.5v, doesn't work)
Hammer FID (multipliers)
Hammer VID (real CPU vcore adjust (up to 1.55v)
Send PM w/ email if you wants
edit: my system's 3200+ (11 x 200) running @ (10 x 240) after my "changes"
