Hi. I need some help with this question:

Conservatives maintain that inflation is primarly caused by discretionary actions by the monetary authorities. Why do they claim that such policies are inherently inflationary?

I agree, you need educating in more areas than just economics.

did you ever learn about the control of the money supply? if you move it one way, it directly causes inflation. if you move it the other it indirectly causes inflation by effecting interest rates.
