I'm looking for an inexpensive dual-head card to put into a editing workstation (mostly After Affects). It needs to fit the new AGP form factor (1.5 volt?). Any suggestions?

here's what i found on pricewatch.com -

MATROX G450 32MB DDR 4X AGP - OEM Offering unprecedented 2D & 3D image quality, a full suite of display options and a host of real-world productivity features including DualHead, the Millennium G450 graphics card will change the way you work and play. Mfg Part#G45FMDHA32DB- OEM Version Does not include cable or Software DVD! $79.00
+ $5 shipping at newegg.
or bump up to $91 + $4 ship for the MATROX G550 32MB DDR 4x AGP- OEM 256-bit Dual Bus graphics chip, DVI-I support, UltraSharp 360 MHz RAMDAC & 230 Mhz Secondary RAMDAC Mfg Part# G55-MDHA32DB - OEM Version Does not include DVD Software and cable! Model#: G550. which comes with a DVI-VGA adapter.

or you could go with an ATI Radeon 7000 VE Dual head, those seem to run around $50.

i'm not sure about the agp 1.5 volt issue but i'm assuming they do comply.

Above mentioned Matrox cards are a good choice. I would suggest G450 as well. You might however do a research in MURC Forums whether people have had any troubles running After Effects on a Matrox card.
