KarmaBanque suggests boycotting organizations with socially deleterious policies/practices, whilst simultaneously short selling equities of those companies.
Certainly an interesting idea, although it seems to me that in this age of multi-megaconglomerates, it's a lot harder to stage an actual boycott than it is to just lobby politically.
