You'll need:
1) Domain
2) Reliable and secure web hosting
3) A static IP for SSL Cert
4) SSL Cert I recommend CompleteSSL.com
5) Shopping cart software such as free osCommerce or CuteCart or a paid solution.
6) Third party gateway cc processor such as Paypal, 2checkout or best of all a merchant account. Read my posts.
7) Content for the web site and promotion
