That makes me wonder if the I4T in the Mustang is better than it was in my old Fusion? The Mustang definitely has more HP/torque and might even weigh less, which would probably make it a more fun option. I'm curious because I just didn't care for the EcoBoost in the Fusion. It just felt too sluggish compared to the peppy nature of my old V6 Altima, which actually got better gas mileage too!

70 more hp and 50 more torque for the 2.3 ecoboost in the mustang vs. the 2.0 ecoboost in the fusion.

Much of the issue with the Fusion is that even in sport mode, the transmission is just entirely to slow to down shift. If they had programmed in some quicker settings, it would perform quite a bit better I'm sure.
