I like this show, its a great race with some incredible athletes, although this year they (the producers, Mark Burnett) sold out.
Nearing the end, teams were picked up by "transports" in order to avoid injuries before the end of the race, as they put it. It was a blatent advertisement for Chevy. This is an adventure race, the chevy's obviously drove them over ROADS... (with the obvious close ups of the chevy symbol on the front grill then the pan out to the entire vehicle)
These teams made their way through thick jugles, rappels, white-water rafting, etc. Do you really think they needed a ride in a chevy down a ROAD after all that?
When are these producers going to learn? I used to love the eco-challenge but I am now thinking twice...
