Eckerds charged me tax on nontaxable items! Bastards

I went to eckerds a few hours ago. I just went over my receipt and realize that I got charged tax on everything, including things like milk and bread. In Texas, food items aren't taxable, and that's like 8.25%! Bastards.

If less then 7 percent of the products they sell are food. They can charge tax. Remember it's not a grocery store..
 
When I was in California, I liked to be a bitch and make sure they didn't tax me on any edible plants. Like herb, tomato, strawberry plants, etc. They are tax exempt. A pain to sort out if I got flowers too. Heh
