For some reason my headset is echoing over Teamspeak. and it does this even when my volume is very low How do i fix this?

Go into your sound settings and mute the "what you hear" source in the recording panel. With that enabled, the recording input is fed whatever is coming out of your speakers, which causes a feedback echo if you also have a mic that is within range of the speakers or you are playing back the mic input.
