I think I may have jumped the gun with the ``new policy'' for handle changing. After hearing some suggestions, I think the following is fair:
If somebody is not a member of any subteam but wants to join one, they can bring their old points with them.
If somebody is a member of a subteam and wants to change, they are free to do so (by simply changing their userinf.txt file), but their old points will remain with the old subteam.
The issue of team changes needs to be adressed. I'm away at a conference at the moment, though, and this might require sofware changes so a decision will have to wait until I get back (about a week or so).
