So, in other words, we have three years left at the most.

Let's hope we can reduce it with some assims, otherwise it will become another long-term project like RC5 is/was.

Looks like we're doing 1% per week now, so with 76% left, it would be a year and a half at present rates.

I really think we'll be done at the end of the year though.

Your math is off slightly. It has only been 10 months (on the 14th). We did about 15% in 4 months so that would put finishing in 20 months.
The other numbers I keep hearing are somewhere between Nov 2002 and March 2003
