Is it worth to have? I have one stick 128 meg Pc100 ECC and was planning to get a 64meg or 64meg ECC
Disable it and get regular or get another stick of ECC?

ECC RAM is only for the truely paranoid or for servers that can't ever be down. Unless you're one of the above, I'd go for regular RAM, since it is so cheap right now.

Since you already have one stick of ECC, why not shop around and see if you can find ECC for little more. It won't hurt. Be aware some mobos require it, most not. check specs.

if you don't need ecc, i would say sell your ecc memory and get two non ecc memory
they are really rock bottom price right now.
plus non ecc memory run faster then ecc memory, so there is bonus for ya
