Can you mix non ECCRAM with ECC RAM? and have everything run in dual channel?

No. Not only will it not run in Dual Channel, it probably won't work (depending on your motherboard) in Single Channel.

It is sometimes OK to mix brands (or even speeds) of RAM as long as the differences aren't too dramatic, but mixing different types of RAM (ECC vs. non-ECC) isn't going to work.

Actually, it's not impossible to do this. If you have one module of ECC Unbuffered and another Non-ECC Unbuffered, you can disable ECC in the BIOS and it may work, depending on how picky your board is.

I don't think so, I'm pretty sure that it will not work if you mix ECC and Non-ECC.
