ECC Dims on P6x58e-WS and intel Xeon Proc

hi all.
I hope that some one can help me I have http://valid.canardpc.com/2828775 that is not OCed now , and I just both 6 x 4GB 240p PC3-10600 CL9 DDR3-1333 2Rx4 1.5V ECC RDIMM Samsung, M393B5170EH1-CH9Q1 .
the BIG Problem is that it wont start (no POST, no BIOS) with these RAMs I tried them all , just one , in different slots and nothing , as error from MB I get "b8 ; 02 or O2 ; EA ; 01 or O1"

I have the latest bios update and I am running the PC fine with 2x4GB 1333MHz Corsaire with which I have tested all the DIMs Slots (for dead slots) and they are good , did CMOS clear

PC as I have the Specs uper
Intel Xeon X5675
MB asus P6x58e-WS
PSU 600W
GPU HIS Ati R9 270x

Please help

Those X58 chipset boards can be extremely finicky with detecting the memory on issues ranging from improperly seating the CPU or tightening the Heatsink / Fan too tightly to incorrectly fastening the DIMM brackets to just bad or dead DIMM slots like you say.

X58 boards won't boot with a single DIMM I believe, have you tried 2, 3, 4 and 6 slots filled progressively? Those are the only possible combinations which will boot (1, 5 do not).

You may want to post the voltages for everything from the CPU, DRAM Voltage and CPU/PLL Voltage.

The latest BIOS 0301 release supposedely fixed the 'DRAM Bus Voltage' item in OS according to ASUS.

It's unlikely all of the DIMM's are bad but have you tested them in another computer, possibly?

Nevermind, I see that ReadyMix answered your question in another thread. You need UDIMM (Unbuffered), not RDIMM (Registered DIMM) memory in that motherboard.

\I wold have a new question , I both 6x4G DDR3 ECC R @ 150 euro
and I can't find U DIMMs @4G 1333MHz
and other 8G or 2G seems WAY to expensive , 8G at 99 euro a piece
6x 2G @ 130 euro or so


any one some Ideas where I can find cheap ones ?
