ECA Stacker for Cutting?

here we go again...expect a ton of posts that you are going to kill yourself.

I have used it ALOT....over about 1 year in total. Longest period was 3 months when I lost almost 90lbs.

It works great, but you have to watch your blood pressure and pulse rate.

I used Ripped Fuel and Metabolift by TwinLabs (metabolift being alot cheaper because of no L-Car.)

Well I only ask because I can't run due to a hip-flexor injury at the moment, and would still like to keep the same level of weightloss. I've taken ephedra before in HS for wrestling, it really helps stay 2 weight classes under what you should be, but weight control is so tough, especially when you have a college life and there is a cafeteria. I eat mainly fruits during Sun-Thursday, and Fri-Sat I eat whatever I want (within reason). So far I'm down 40+ using low-carb at first (about a month), then just eating right and exercising.

I'm not looking to kill myself or anything, and I've seen "doctor testimonials" claiming both sides of the issue. I doubt I'll kill myself now, as I didn't before, but was wondering which ones were the best. I always get these spam emails for Thermo-Phen-Phen, which I don't plan on taking, but they have different brands and such, and tell how "good" they supposedly are. Just wondering what peoples results are now, I'm not for sure going to get it or try it out, just researching now for the best bang for the buck.

If I do, I was thinking about using individual ingredients on ebay and mixing it myself.
 
I don't know about staying two weight classes under what you should be....

I wrestled at the class I should have been and sometimes one above it. Never two below....I don't know if that would be even possible for anyone on my old team.

If you have already taken it like you said in HS you would need to post...

Well I don't know and never knew the one I took. We basically all took what the coach gave us. According to the BMI though, wrestling two classes under what I would have had I not lost weigh, I was still fat.
