I have just received my Radeon 8500 after waiting for 4 weeks fo rdelivery and the thing doesn't even work, I just get garbled images on screen with Tons of artifacts (tested on 2 machines).
So now I'm going to return it to ebuyer, the thing is I don't want a replacement as I'd rather a full refund and get one from a local shop instead.
What are my rights regarding the refund instead of a replacement?
I think I read someone post something about if you return an item withing a certain amount of time then by law the place of purchase has to offer you a full refund working or not. Is this true?
