so i went and bought ratchet and clank 2 and 3 today, along with jak and daxter, all used for ps2.

i get home, and i have the cases for ratchet and clank 2 and 3, but i have the game discs for ratchet and clank 1 and 3.

i gotta run there tomorrow to get the right disk.

it's kind of annoying too cause the employees were goofing off the whole time i was in the store.

..or just go back and exchange the game. The last time I went to a gamestop the employees were goofing off as well. If they are goofing off again when you go back ask for the district manager's number and complain.

After being gone to the middle of no where for 2 months, when i got back i bought 6 of the new games out that i wanted at EB games. One was Supreme Commander: Forged alliance, but the clerk gave me the original game by mistake. So i exchanged the unopened package for the right one without any problems.

These things happen with small things like this. The main thing is if you are able to fix the mistake without any headaches. If you feel that the clerk was being immature then ask to speak to his manager, but remember he probably hates his job as much as you would in his shoes.

I don't support their used game business practices, regardless, but I would think that I would want to check to see if the discs are in good condition (no scratches) before leaving the store.
