bull, i've seen copied anime/vcds software etc last for quite some time on there.

They must not have people that activly seek illegal stuff... they must just rely on people contacting them about it...

Yep, check for any popular TV shows, cartoons, anime, music, it's all over Ebay.

They really don't give a flip about policing their auctions. The only way an auction gets stopped is if there are complaints, and even then they take their sweet time doing anything. Maybe if the rightsholders complain, it carries more weight. I think there have been a few lawsuits against some of the worst offenders. Most of them though, they get caught a few times, get their auctions closed, eventually get their userID banned, and just pick up where they left off with a new alias and 0 feedback. There are plenty of people whose feedback is entirely sales of pirated VCD's.
