I don't really use Ebay much but this guy has a product I am looking for at a good price. He has lots of negatives and neutrals but tons of total sales.

If you look at his negatives, from the ones I've read, no goods exchanged hands therefore he did not rip anyone off or anything. It was a matter of just not being in touch. I'd buy from him.
