Definately the people that fall for it and bid. If you just had to post a jpeg and was certain that it would get you $500 on Ebay, then who in their right mind would not do it? Sell a pic of an Xbox 360 and then go out and buy the real thing.

Just gets annoying seeing thousands of threads about the same fscking thing when there's a stickied official thread about them. It's sad that the OPs of these threads are sitting there thinking "ZOMG no1 hurd of th1s y3t!!11!!1oneoneoneone" as they frantically hit the New Topic button. It's more than a little ironic that this pic is so appropriate not only for a non-Apple product, but a product of one of their competitors.

seller is wrong for manipulating and i do think this is fraud.
buyer is stupid for not reading everything
 
More than likely the guy will get his money back. Depending how ebay takes it, the seller might get ban.
