I just started getting into selling on ebay, not that I'm new to ebay by any means, I've been online since the day it was born, I've just never been bothered till now to have a go.
Well from the start it's been problems, and this company for all the money it takes in fees, doesn't even want to offer the average person phone call support. Your stuck with live chat, or email until you reach a higher seller status.
It seems like no one wants to talk to you, and you can't find someone at the corporate office to talk to, so you can get a feel for things, and who you are going into business with, so to speak of.
I mean who would want to put their life into some company, when that company doesn't want to talk to you.
Anyhow I'm not sure I want to invest a lot time into Ebay anymore if this is any indication of this company.
So far through errors on their part I have lost money on bids.
Are there any other companies worth doing business through besides Ebay for online sales like this, or is Ebay it?
