ebay?

how did you pay for the item? and how long has it been since the seller last contacted you and when did the item end?

if you paid with paypal, file a dispute with paypal and have paypal force a refund. if the seller has a premium account or whatever that has the Paypal charge, that'll be deducted from your refund (don't worry, it's like 2% max). also, file a complaint on ebay. if you can't find this stuff in the help, call both companies' 800 numbers. hopefully customer service knows this stuff 😛

if you didn't pay with paypal, still file the complaint with ebay. make sure to pay with paypal next time. it's safer then check/money order
