I've stopped caring, the stupid will continue to rule the world as long as there are no IQ-based breeding restrictions, and no amount of warning will sway them. Caveat emptor.
 
That auction is against ebay policy.
The title is misleading. It needs to state that it is for info, not the actual product.
It is listed in the wrong category. They made a whole new category for that last year when all of this stuff started happening. So, unless they changed policy... again... it can only be listed in the Everything Else, Information Products category.
