Ebay: Wins but does not buy nor respond :(

Hello,

recently I had an auction for a laptop, one ebay user won it, but he never responded to my e-mails or anything. It was a week already 🙁

Is there anything I can do to get my fees back ?

File a nonpaying bidder refund or something like that. They'll refund you the fees and give the winner a warning and/or suspend his account.
 
yea, i dun know how much filing a complaint helps, but you might be able to get your fees refunded, or waived for a new auction.

neg feedback, and filing a complaint maybe the only options, but try to file the complain first. a neg feedback can't be reversed afterall.
 
I heard that there's a lot more of that going on recently after a big special on 60 minutes or something about ebay...
