Ebay: What's the lowest Feedback % you've seen?

I've seen quite a lot of talk about 'deadbeat' ebay'ers...But it seems everywhere I look on ebay people's Feedback ratings are always in the high 90s.

So, what's the LOWEST rating you've seen?

i try to stay as far away from e-bay as possible

I've seen several pepole with -1 or -2, but that's all the feedback they have. I don't think I've ever seen someone with a low % and a high number of responces.

i've seen ppl with negs... like -3. i would assume that person probably signed up again with a new name, since no seller in their right mind would NOT cancel a bid from a person who's rating is -3

I slipped in under the scam...

I can't find it as the user didn't nail me, but I pushed a dead-beat bidder to (-4)

Wow, I can't belive he scamed that many people. I would think some of the latter guys would have read some of the complaints and not sent him any money.

you might say some of those ppl deserved to lose their money for being so stupid... after the 3rd complaint in a row, i would not consider the auction at all...
