Ebay transaction... should I give more time?

Bought a $20 shisha vase on eBay, seller states that he ships the day after receipt of payment. Paid the same day as I bought it (Tuesday Sept. 12). I thought he would ship and send me a tracking number by Friday. Never got anything from him, so I emailed him on Saturday to ask for the status. Never heard anything back. So I emailed him again yesterday morning (tuesday) and asked again. Still nothing. WTF?

I have about 50 positive feedback myself (100%) and I don't want it ruined by this guy leaving me a negative feedback because I left him a negative as he is a slow shipper. How much longer should I wait?

Old or new member? Almost makes you wonder if shafting you for a $20 vase after building up a good profile is worth it though (hint: it's not.) I'd try to give him the benefit of the doubt for a couple more days.
