Just cover yourself and tell him you didn't report him but saw it posted on a daily email list about the incident.

I am pretty sure a lot of complaints were sent from non-ATOT sources on that one....that was a popular item apparently.

The sad fact is that you are ALLOWED one time getting caught at shilling....if they got banned due to this one event it was their second one.

Another thing that gets me on ebay is all these .01 NR auctions that get cancelled right at the 12 hour mark.....yet the guy has a million of them on. "This item is no longer available because of a previous sale" or whatever

Or when you win they give you some crap it broke and they would ship it as proof but they threw it away already and the garbagemen came.
