hum.... they all seem to be ending around the same time. Wouldn't be surprised if he's just going to take everyone's money at once, cancel his account then vanish forever. Happened to me before with a 17" powerbook. Luckily I knew someone in the FBI and had his azz thrown in jail for quite some time. Still didn't get my money back though =(. Moral of the story... don't drink and drive

Notice how all his auctions started at $399 and are ending within a day. That to me seems fishy...Dunno.

Almost positive it's a scam... Everything seems to start at $399.... Whether it's a keyboard, a mountain bike, a Rolex or a Plasma TV.

WW has the right answer.

This is a hijacked account. They list a few dozen one day auctions, redirect the PayPal payments to some account in eastern Europe, and disappear.

Look at the users history. Alot of the buyers/sellers are 'no longer registered'. I don't believe this is a hijacked account. I'm leaning towards the user pulling this off.

I don't think he's been building up his feedback for the last four years to pull off this scam. 'no longer registered' is very common with low feedback people...usually they get a few negs and then 'restart' on another id. Someone hijacked his account.

oh well, I looked him up and sent him an email, hopefully he'll check his ebay account before it's too late...

To report, at the bottom of the page linked to, click on security center.
Then click on the big green button "report a problem"
(you may need to be logged in)
from there, it's pretty simple... report a spoof, etc.
